Live verification checkpoint

The MCP deduplication fix landed on main at e5766cb84dedf84078a76a1d053a54ad276dd2ef and closed #133. Local ward exec lint and the complete ward exec test suite passed, including Go tests, the palette build, all pre-commit validators, the secret scan, workflow lint, shellcheck, TOML validation, and the idempotent second native-MCP converge.

Forgejo release run 125 failed after 13m1s: https://forgejo.coilysiren.me/coilyco-flight-deck/agent-compose/actions/runs/125

Observed read-only evidence:

  • Runner setup completed after 12m36s.
  • Checkout and pre-commit cache steps passed.
  • Validate the release commit failed immediately.
  • Tagging, artifact builds, release creation, Homebrew update, and Scoop update were skipped.
  • The failure-alert step also failed.
  • The approved Forgejo action log endpoints return 404 for this run and job, so the first command error is not available from the sealed engineer surface.
  • A later unrelated main push started run 126. It contains e5766cb, but its result was not yet terminal when this checkpoint was filed.

Operator verification

  1. Open run 125 with an authenticated Forgejo operator session and capture the first actionable error from Validate the release commit.
  2. Determine whether the 12m36s setup delay or the validation failure is runner or workflow state rather than repository behavior.
  3. Check the terminal result of run 126. If it succeeds and publishes a release containing e5766cb, record the release tag and package update evidence here.
  4. If run 126 fails for the same live-only reason, diagnose the runner or workflow substrate. Do not ask engineering to push another probe commit.
  5. Record why Alert Telegram on main failure also failed, as a separate operational symptom if unrelated.

Expected closure evidence is either a successful superseding release containing e5766cb or the exact live failure plus the operator-owned remediation and a later successful release.
