What to preserve

Commit the current proposed architecture, KDL, manifest, trace, person-policy, and compatibility-fixture drafts so the HITL review does not depend on an untracked working tree.

Acceptance criteria

The documents remain explicitly proposed rather than reviewed.
Claude, Codex, Goose, and Qwen/OpenCode fixtures remain available for review.
Ward validation passes.
Parent issue #2 remains open for Kai design decisions.
