Restore the automatic release consequence for the feat: hydrate remote skill catalogs commit already landed on canonical main.

Observed evidence

Canonical main contains the remote skill hydration commit.
.forgejo/workflows/release.yml declares a push trigger for main.
More than 120 seconds after the push, the Actions task list still reports 110 total runs.
The newest visible run is release run 110 for the prior feat: allow inferred native role switching commit. No run exists for the remote-skill commit.
Local repository validation, isolated convergence smoke, and all four release binary targets pass.

Operator action

Inspect Forgejo Actions event delivery and the release queue for this repository. If the push event cannot be recovered, dispatch the existing release workflow against current main without changing source. Do not push a probe commit.

Evidence to return

The release run URL and final status.
Proof that the run targets the current remote-skill main commit.
The published release tag and attached binary/checksum assets.
Confirmation that the Homebrew and Scoop metadata refresh completed.

Resolved without operator action. Forgejo registered release run 111 after the original observation window. The run targeted feat: hydrate remote skill catalogs, completed successfully, and published v1.29.0 with macOS, Linux amd64/arm64, Windows amd64, checksum, Homebrew, and Scoop assets. The delayed event makes this handoff unnecessary.
