Goal

Document the provider-neutral empty-home staging contract that lets a composition root adapt an agent-compose projection into a launcher-specific handoff without agent-compose importing or invoking that launcher.

Acceptance

acompose and agent-compose remain independent entrypoints.
verify plus project --scope home is documented as the generic producer boundary.
The staged home contains only the selected agent instruction and skill projection plus agent-compose ownership metadata.
Consumers remove agent-compose ownership metadata when adapting the staged tree into their own schema.
Agent-compose does not parse or emit a launcher-specific manifest.
The boundary links the umbrella coordination issue.
